Experience: Minimum 1 year in Motor Insurance

Budget: Up to ?4 LPA

Handle motor insurance sales, renewals, and customer servicing.

Coordinate with clients, agents, and partners for policy issuance and claim support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Maintain records of leads, sales, and renewals in CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in motor insurance (sales or operations).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confident personality and target-oriented approach.

Local candidates preferred.

Education: Graduate (any stream).
