About the Role

In-Cure Business Solutions is urgently hiring an

experienced Motor Insurance Operations Specialist

to handle vehicle insurance back-office operations for multiple out-of-Kerala branches.

This role is ideal for candidates with

hands-on experience in motor insurance operations

, strong coordination skills, and multilingual communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle vehicle insurance back-office operations

Respond to insurance-related enquiries from out-of-Kerala branches

Prepare and share motor insurance quotations

Coordinate and assist in vehicle inspection processes

Support policy issuance and endorsement activities

Assist in motor insurance claim processing and coordination

Maintain proper documentation and operational records

Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years' experience

in motor/vehicle insurance operations

Prior experience in insurance back-office / operations role is mandatory

Strong understanding of:

o Motor insurance policies

o Vehicle inspection process

o Policy issuance

o Claims handling

Language proficiency required:

o Tamil - Mandatory

o Hindi - Mandatory

o English - Mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Monday to Saturday

Salary

Starting from

?22,000 per month

(Salary negotiable based on experience and skill level)
