We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Motor Insurance Executive

to join our team at

Policy Ghar

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling motor insurance sales and operations, with a good understanding of policies, claims, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new customers for motor insurance policies. Advise clients on suitable motor insurance coverage based on their needs. Handle policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. Provide assistance in claim settlement processes. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance. Stay updated with industry trends and IRDAI guidelines.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Insurance background preferred). 1-2 years of experience in motor/general insurance sales. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and claim procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
