Responsibilities:- \xef\x82\xb7 Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points \xef\x82\xb7 Understand and Analyse current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation \xef\x82\xb7 Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of holistic solution proposal \xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for Automating manual processes \xef\x82\xb7 Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications \xef\x82\xb7 Engage with Vendors as and when required, for effective development, deployment and maintenance of products and features \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery \xef\x82\xb7 Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption Experience Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 4-6 years as Business Analyst \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience as Motor Business Analyst is mandatory \xef\x82\xb7 Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurance will be advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9318,577.14 - 9696,494.67 per year Benefits:
