Job Description

Assembling and preparing:

Inspecting cores for defects, filing burrs, lining slots with insulation, and inserting coils.

Winding:

Setting up and operating manual or automated coil winding machines, or manually winding wire onto stators, armatures, and rotors with precision.

Finishing:

Cutting, stripping, and bending wire leads, and twisting them to connect coils.

Testing:

Using tools like insulation testers, resistance bridges, and gauges to test windings for proper insulation, clearance, and electrical integrity.

Maintenance and repair:

Disassembling motors, removing old windings, repairing or modifying cores, and replacing damaged coils.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
