Role Summary

We're looking for a Motion & Visual Content Specialist whose primary focus will be to create high-impact video, motion, and visual content for our social platforms. This role heavily prioritizes hands-on skills in video editing, graphic design, and a strong interest in learning and experimenting with AI content tools. The day-to-day management of social platforms will be an important secondary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation, editing, and production of high-impact motion and visual content for all company social media accounts, including reels, short videos, motion posts, and creatives. Edit videos and design compelling social media graphics. Use and experiment with AI tools for content ideation, editing, captions, and workflow efficiency. Write engaging captions and optimize content for reach and engagement.
Manage and grow company social media accounts (as an important additional responsibility).

Track content performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Video editing & graphic design skills
Tools: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut, Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and productivity
Strong visual sense and understanding of branding
Awareness of social media trends and formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
