About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Motion Graphic Designer

with strong proficiency in

Figma

to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging motion content and seamless animations for digital platforms, while collaborating with UI/UX designers to enhance interactive experiences using Figma. This role bridges the gap between static design and dynamic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing, product, and brand content. Collaborate closely with UI/UX and product teams to integrate motion into web and mobile interfaces. Create prototypes and interactive components in Figma to showcase animation concepts and user flows. Translate static designs into animated assets for videos, social media, ads, and presentations. Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Stay updated on the latest motion design trends and Figma features.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field. Advanced skills in motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate). Expert-level proficiency in

Figma

, including prototyping, smart animations, and collaborative design workflows. Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. A strong portfolio showcasing motion work and interactive prototypes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
