Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, advertisements, social media, presentations, and video content.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into dynamic visuals.
Lead motion design projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior motion graphic designers and interns.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and project requirements.
Work closely with video editors, 3D artists, and other creative professionals as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflows .
5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation, preferably in an agency or production environment.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other motion design tools (Cinema4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design, typography, and storytelling skills.
Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Creative problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
