We are seeking a highly creative

Motion Graphics Designer with strong AI-driven design capabilities

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and digital assets while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and output quality. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in design and animation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality

motion graphics, animations, and visual effects

for video content, social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns. Utilize

AI-based tools

(e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kaiber, Sora prompts, Midjourney, Pika Labs, etc.) to streamline workflow and generate creative assets. Design visually engaging

graphics, transitions, intros, and explainer animations

. Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute video projects and brand visuals. Edit and assemble video content, ensuring smooth integration of motion elements and sound. Optimize animations for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, websites, and ad creatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI tools and implement them to improve production efficiency. Organise and manage project files, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Motion Graphics Designer / Animator

. Strong knowledge of

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Hands-on experience with

AI-powered design/animation tools

(such as RunwayML, Pika, Sora prompting, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
