Avodha EduTech is seeking a skilled and passionate

Motion Graphics Designer - Tutor

to train students in motion graphics and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and the ability to teach industry-relevant tools and techniques through hands-on sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Motion Graphics Teach tools such as

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Explain animation principles, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques Guide students in creating projects like explainer videos, animated ads, and social media content Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and real-world project briefs Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Support students in portfolio development and career readiness Stay updated with current industry trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

Proficiency in

After Effects and Premiere Pro

Good knowledge of

Photoshop & Illustrator

Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of

3D tools

(Blender / Cinema 4D) is an added advantage Experience in EdTech or training institutes is a plus

Experience

1-4 years of industry experience in Motion Graphics / Video Animation Freshers with strong practical skills and portfolios may also apply
