Roles and Responsibilities.

Develop and execute creative concepts to deliver high quality motion graphics for a variety of projects. Co-ordinate with sales team based in India, US and customers to get their motion graphics content done in a timely manner & maintain company quality standards. Plan content design according to client requirements and ensure that final product adheres to the policies and standards of the Company. Be aware of latest techniques and procedures used in Motion Graphics Designs and use it to provide best quality of designs for customers. Must Work in collaboration with colleagues across different locations and departments. Should have the ability to use strong creative, artistic and analytical approach to solve complex tasks/designs. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with designing Advertisements is a plus.

Must have exposure to Adobe products with minimum of 1 year work experience in After Effects. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills,

especially English

. Must have a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work nights, some weekends and

be flexible with timing

. Must be result driven and complete tasks with tight timelines. Must be able to work independently and find ways to improve processes and content. Experience in 3D preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong English Communication, Verbal and Written is a MUST.
