Job Title: Motion Graphics & 3D Animation Designer Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative

Motion Graphics & 3D Animation Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality animations and motion graphics, including 3D visual elements, for a variety of digital media. You'll work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling visual content that brings stories and concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging motion graphics and 3D animations for videos, web, presentations, and social media. Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to visualize animation concepts. Create visually striking 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings. Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to deliver cohesive final products. Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, motion design, and digital storytelling. Ensure all animations are optimized for various formats (web, mobile, video, etc.). Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or a any related field. 1+ years of professional experience in

motion design and 3D animation

. Proficiency in tools such as

After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or similar

. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics. Experience with compositing, visual effects, and video editing. A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D motion design work.
