You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter \xc2\xb7 Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for social media channels. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the creation of animation storyboards, selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project \xc2\xb7 Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design. \xc2\xb7 Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience \xc2\xb7 Take complete responsibility for a set of clients/ brands \xc2\xb7 Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media \xc2\xb7 Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines \xc2\xb7 Work with other designers and provide direction \xc2\xb7 Present completed ideas to clients/team members \xc2\xb7 Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as Motion Graphic Designer \xe2\x80\x93 4-6 years of experience
• Have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)

• Have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

• Possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and similar tools.
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
