Designation: Design Lead (video + photo) Department: Design and Production Experience Required: 4+ years. Location: Grant road Salary : 7-9L per annum depending on portfolio, experience and technical knowledge. Work from Office. Role & Responsibilities: Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives. - Responsible for upholding creative output(design) of accounts responsible under you. - Sometimes setting/improving a brand\'s visual identity. - Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. - Responsible for presenting new design ideas every quarter and ensuring the creative output doesn\'t get burned out. - Working with a wide range of media, including photo manipulation, demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as FreeHand, Adobe Suite. - Working as a team player - Management + communication skills - working with a junior under them. - Proactively invest time in learning new skills and polishing existing ones - Awareness of current trends in the visual arts and working knowledge of the latest computer packages and understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design. Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Motion graphics: 3 years (Preferred)
