About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, capable of handling multiple projects, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute creative designs for assigned projects across digital platforms Collaborate with managers to understand communication goals, objectives, and develop creative concepts and design alternatives Manage projects to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with communication strategies and client branding guidelines Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines Manage the complete design process for assigned projects, including quality control, reviews, and final sign-off of all creative outputs Create visually engaging designs and motion graphics for client presentations to help define project direction Plan, manage, and implement project schedules in coordination with the manager to ensure accurate time and budget projections Proactively keep managers informed about project status, progress, and challenges Identify creative or process-related issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements

Job Specifications

Minimum

2-5 years of hands-on experience

in motion graphics and visual design Strong working knowledge of design software such as

Adobe Photoshop and After Effects

A

strong portfolio

showcasing motion graphics, visual storytelling, and design proficiency is mandatory

Knowledge Requirements

Detailed understanding of graphic arts procedures, workflows, and terminology Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
