Position - MOTION GRAPHIC



Design, visualize, and produce high-quality 2D & 3D motion graphics, animations, logos, and videos using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and Adobe Animate Understand creative briefs and independently convert them into effective visual concepts with a minimum design approval/conversion rate of 75% Execute end-to-end 3D workflows, including modelling (basic to intermediate), texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and compositing Apply strong technical knowledge of rendering engines (Arnold, Redshift, V-Ray, Cycles, Octane or equivalent) to achieve optimized, high-quality renders within timelines Set up and manage lighting systems (studio, HDRI, environmental) to enhance realism and visual storytelling Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, integrating motion graphics, visual effects, sound, and music Seamlessly combine live-action footage with CG elements, ensuring accurate compositing, scale, lighting, and perspective Perform color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency across all deliverables Apply a strong understanding of animation principles such as timing, spacing, easing, weight, and movement across 2D and 3D assets Manage frame rates, resolutions, codecs, and export formats for multiple platforms (digital, social, broadcast, presentations) Optimize scenes, assets, and renders to ensure performance efficiency, file organization, and version control Use plugins, scripts, and automation tools where required to improve productivity and consistency Provide timely technical and creative support during planning, production, and rollout phases Ensure all designs meet relevance, feasibility, budgetary guidelines, quality standards, innovation, and delivery timelines Stay up to date with emerging motion design tools, software updates, workflows, and industry trends, sharing insights to help the organization stay competitive
