Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, guide, and manage the graphic design team.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Review team output and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams for project requirements.
Train and mentor junior designers to enhance skills and productivity.
Static Creative Design:
Develop engaging static creatives for social media, ads, websites, and branding.
Conceptualize and execute design ideas as per brand guidelines.
Work on layouts, infographics, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
Motion Graphics & Video Creation:
Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns.
Create short promotional videos, reels, explainers, and ad creatives.
Ensure smooth transitions, visual appeal, and brand consistency in motion projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer; leadership experience preferred.
Strong portfolio of static and motion graphic work.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
Creativity with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agency or digital marketing setups.
Knowledge of UI/UX basics is a plus.
