What you'll be doing
As a Junior Creative Manager or Junior Art Director, you will lead the visual and conceptual development of brand, campaign, and content work across digital and offline platforms. You will manage a team of designers, collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams, and drive the visual identity of the brand. In an emerging organization, you'll be instrumental in setting creative direction, creating scalable design systems, and ensuring every output reflects consistency, originality, and business relevance.

Creative Conceptualization & Design Leadership Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
2. Team Leadership & Mentorship Guide, review, and mentor a team of graphic designers, UI/UX professionals, and freelancers.
3. Brand Identity Management Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across platforms and campaigns.
4. Campaign & Content Design Oversight Own the design of social media creatives, pitch decks, videos, packaging, etc.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to meet business and user needs.
6. Innovation & Trend Mapping Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and competitors to bring fresh creative ideas.
7. Creative Operations & Workflow Management Ensure timely delivery of creative work while maintaining quality standards
