We are looking to hire a Motion Graphics Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing dynamic motion graphics content that aligns with the organization's brand, goals, and messaging. The ideal candidate should possess a strong artistic and technical skill set, a deep understanding of animation principles, and a keen eye for design aesthetics

Roles & Responsibility :

Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects, considering the client's brief, target audience, and project objectives. Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. Implement animation principles including timing, spacing, easing, and anticipation to create visually appealing and engaging animations. Produce motion graphics content for a variety of media, including videos, presentations, social media, websites, and more. Continuously stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging techniques in motion graphics design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Effectively communicate design concepts, progress, and ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ensure the technical accuracy and integrity of the final output, including resolution, aspect ratio, and compatibility with different platforms. Collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful multimedia projects. Experiment with different animation styles and visual effects to bring creativity and innovation to motion graphics projects. Maintain an organized file structure and workflow, including version control and project documentation.
