Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced

Motion Graphic Designer & Trainer

to both create visually engaging motion graphics and teach aspiring designers the skills required to excel in the field. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, animation, and education, with a solid portfolio and a flair for mentoring students or professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Motion Graphic Designer:

Design and animate engaging motion graphics for digital content, including videos, social media, advertisements, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual concepts and animations. Stay updated with design and animation trends to produce modern, high-quality work. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.

As a Trainer:

Deliver structured and hands-on training in motion graphics using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Create and update course materials, tutorials, assignments, and projects. Conduct workshops, live classes, or recorded sessions (as per training format). Assess learners' progress, provide feedback, and support skill development. Inspire and mentor students, sharing industry insights and portfolio-building guidance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics design. Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong portfolio showcasing 2D motion design projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and helping others grow creatively.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D (optional but a plus). Ability to handle batch sessions and conduct practical, project-based training. Understanding of current industry trends, social media formats, and design principles.
