About the Role:

Were looking for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand stories to life through Illustrations, dynamic visuals, animations, and multimedia assets. You'll work across QAble and BetterBugs to elevate our brand visual identity, create engaging product explainers, social media reels, and micro-interactions that leave a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the visual language for both QAble and BetterBugs across digital platforms. Conceptualize and design motion graphics, explainer videos, UI animations, reels, and promotional videos. Collaborate with Marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns and interfaces. Translate complex QA and developer workflows into clear, concise, and visually engaging Illustrations & videos. Create assets and templates that can scale across use cases. Maintain brand guidelines and push visual innovation while staying consistent.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong grasp of Brand Visual Identity: Typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator - Vector assets & illustrations After Effects - Animation & motion graphics Premiere Pro - Video editing & audio syncing Proficiency with Figma (for UI references and component flows). Comfortable collaborating on Miro for storyboarding and feedback sessions. Ability to adapt to multiple brand tones (QAble: enterprise-grade; BetterBugs: dev-friendly, fast-paced).

Nice to Have:

Understanding of photography (composition, lighting) and cinematography (camera angles, movement, shot framing). Experience with voice-over and sound editing. Familiarity with tech tools like Loom, OBS, or screen capture software for Interviews/podcasts/tutorials. A portfolio that includes SaaS product explainers, micro-interaction animations, or developer-oriented content.
