Job Summary:

We're looking for a

passionate Motion Graphic Designer

who can bring educational content to life with engaging animations, infographics, and video editing. You'll work closely with our educators and content creators to design visual assets for

YouTube lectures, online courses, social media content, and promotional videos

that are both educational and eye-catching.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate motion graphics for

educational videos, YouTube intros/outros, topic explainers, and promotional content

. Work on

conceptual storyboarding

to transform lecture material into visual learning assets. Edit and enhance

video lectures

, including transitions, lower thirds, screen overlays, and text animation. Create scroll-stopping content for

Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms

. Collaborate with the content and teaching team to align visuals with the

RKC Eduhub teaching methodology

. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms as per our brand guidelines. Suggest new ideas and visual formats to make learning more

interactive and memorable

for students.

Requirements:

1-3+ years of experience in motion graphic design or video editing (experience in the

ed-tech

domain is a bonus). Proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

(or similar tools). Strong understanding of

animation principles, typography, and color theory

. Ability to

simplify complex concepts

using visuals and animation. A strong portfolio showcasing

educational or informational animations

will be preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

Knowledge of

Blender or 3D animation tools

. Familiarity with

audio syncing, subtitles, and voiceover editing

. Understanding of

current trends in ed-tech and digital content creation

.
