Key Responsibilities
Create eye-catching and performance-driven graphics for
digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
, social media posts, banners, and websites.
Collaborate with paid media and social teams to produce creatives that align with campaign goals.
Research trends and competitors to develop fresh and effective visual concepts.
Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
Source high-quality stock images or illustrations for use in designs.
Understand and implement platform-specific creative best practices.
Make minor edits to videos (text overlay, resizing, trimming, basic transitions) using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
Work with project managers and developers to create graphics for websites or landing pages.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Understanding of social media and digital advertising design formats.
Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Good research skills and a creative mindset.
Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or animation tools is a plus.
