Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Illustrator & Motion Designer to bring our brand to life. You will be responsible for the entire visual pipeline: from conceptualizing and drawing original illustrations to animating them into engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong "hand-drawn" or digital illustration sensibility and the technical skills to make those visuals move fluidly.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality digital illustrations, icons, and charactersthat align with our brand identity. Develop initial sketches and storyboardsto communicate motion concepts and narratives. Animate illustrationsfor various platforms, including social media, web UI, explainer videos, and ads. Prepare and organize layered design files (AI/PSD) for seamless animation workflows*.
Work closely with the marketing/creative team to iterate on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing both static illustration work and professional motion design samples. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.*
A deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and the 12 Principles of Animation. Technical Savvy: Experience with Lottie/JSON (for web animation) or 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) is a major plus.

Preferred Qualities

Ability to adapt to different visual styles from minimalist/flat to detailed/textured. Strong storytelling skills--you know how to use motion to explain complex ideas. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
