Motion Graphics and 3D Designer

Please note: This is a Hybrid role, you will be required to come to the office 2 days a week only. Remaining days will be work from home.

We are looking for a creative and innovative

Motion Graphics and 3D Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating

high-quality motion graphics, animations, and 3D designs

that effectively communicate our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communication. Develop engaging video content, including animations, intros, explainer videos, and infographics. Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for videos and other media. Work on 3D rendering and compositing to produce lifelike visuals. Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions. Brainstorm and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Use software like Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar for motion graphics and 3D modelling.

Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro as needed.

Keep up with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and 3D design to ensure fresh and modern outputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred). Proven experience in motion graphics and 3D design

(portfolio required).

Proficiency in software such as:

Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.

3D Tools: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design aesthetics. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization. Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) projects. Familiarity with video editing and VFX compositing techniques.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
