About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and passionate

Motion Graphic Trainer

to mentor and guide aspiring motion graphic designers. In this role, you'll share your expertise in graphic design and animation, deliver practical training sessions, and inspire a new generation of creative talent. Your responsibilities will involve crafting a curriculum that aligns with industry standards, conducting workshops, and ensuring trainees are proficient in essential tools and creative techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Mentoring:

Conduct regular training sessions to teach fundamentals of motion graphics, animation, and design principles.

Curriculum Development:

Design training modules that cover software skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), concept development, storyboarding, and character design.

Practical Demonstration:

Lead by example--create and showcase sample projects to illustrate core techniques.

Feedback & Evaluation:

Evaluate trainees' progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams to understand real-world project needs and ensure training aligns with industry trends.

Inspire Creativity:

Foster a creative environment that encourages trainees to think outside the box and experiment with new ideas.

Technical & Creative Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Strong foundation in storyboarding, concept ideation, and logo designing.
Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A passion for sharing knowledge and nurturing creative talent.
