Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Reels: Produce, edit, and optimize short?form videos and Reels for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Stop Motion & Explainer Videos: Conceptualize and animate stop?motion sequences; create clear, engaging explainer videos.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Design eye?catching animations, kinetic typography, and graphic transitions to enhance our content.

Graphic Design Support: Develop static graphics--banners, posters, thumbnails--to complement video campaigns.

Collaborate Closely: Work alongside copywriters, social media strategists, and product teams to deliver on?brand creative assets.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, motion graphics templates, and final deliverables.

Must?Have Qualifications

1-3 years of proven experience in motion graphics and video editing.

Proficient with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong understanding of social?media formats and best practices (Reels, Stories, YouTube shorts).

A portfolio showcasing stop?motion work, explainer videos, and other motion?graphic projects.

Excellent sense of timing, typography, color, and storytelling.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast?paced environment.

Nice?to?Have

Basic knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender).

Experience with sound design and audio mixing.

Familiarity with motion design trends and viral video formats.
