Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Motion Graphics Designer

to create engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on animation experience, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling motion visuals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media, ads, websites, presentations, and campaigns Create animations including explained videos, brand videos, reels, intros/outros, and promotional content Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams Interpret briefs, storyboards, and brand guidelines accurately Edit and animate video content with proper timing, transitions, and sound sync Ensure consistency in brand identity across all motion assets Optimize motion graphics for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, etc.) Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Stay updated with current motion design trends and tools

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

Working knowledge of

Photoshop & Illustrator

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and colour theory Experience with video editing, transitions, and visual effects Basic understanding of sound design and syncing Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred / Added Skills

Knowledge of

Cinema 4D / Blender / 3D motion

Experience with social media and digital ad formats Understanding of marketing, branding, and storytelling Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Design, or related field 2-5 years of relevant professional experience Strong portfolio is mandatory
