Motion Graphic Designer

3-4 years of hands-on experience in creating high-quality, world-class video content for

international clients

. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver visually compelling motion graphics aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, reels, and promotional videos for global brands Conceptualize, design, and execute video content from brief to final output Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency Edit and enhance videos using industry-standard tools to deliver high-quality outputs Stay updated with global motion design trends, styles, and techniques Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently Be flexible to work extra hours during critical project timelines when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics and Video Production Strong proficiency in tools such as

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

(Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus), Ai Tools, Gemini, Filmora, etc Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, and storytelling Experience in creating high-quality videos for international or premium clients Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment High attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class output

What We Expect

3-4 years of

serious motion graphics experience

(agency background preferred)

Mastery over

After Effects & Premiere Pro

(Illustrator, Photoshop mandatory)

Strong grip on animation principles, transitions, typography & pacing

Ability to create
