As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in our creative team by crafting visually stunning animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content that resonate with our brand and captivate our audience. Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms including video content, advertisements, and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with project objectives.
- Create engaging visual effects, transitions, and dynamic animations to elevate video content.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative techniques into projects.
- Optimize graphics and animations for different platforms to ensure high performance and quality.
- Edit video footage and seamlessly integrate it with motion graphics when required.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all motion projects.
- Keep up with design, animation, and social trends to create relevant, high-performing content.
- Possess expertise in designing for social media, including knowledge of platform-specific requirements.
- Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting motion graphics, animations, logo designs, and social media templates.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of motion graphic design experience.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Strong skills in animation, graphic design, typography, and storytelling.
- Experience in creating both 2D animations and motion graphics (3D animation experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to accept feedback constructively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
