About the Role

Clevertize is looking for a skilled and AI-aware

Motion Graphic Designer & Animator

with 3?4 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing. This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals, can independently handle projects, and actively experiments with modern tools ? including AI-driven workflows and interactive animation.


You?ll collaborate closely with the creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality motion assets across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand content.


Edit videos using

Adobe Premiere Pro

and animate using

Adobe After Effects

, ensuring strong pacing, transitions, and storytelling.


Translate creative briefs into engaging motion narratives in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and creative leads.


Contribute to creative ideation, visual direction, and motion strategy for campaigns.


Use AI tools such as

Runway ML, Google VO3, Pika

, and similar platforms to improve speed, experimentation, and output quality.


Create interactive and lightweight animations using

RIVE

for web and app-based use cases.


Maintain visual consistency, brand tone, and technical quality across all motion deliverables.


Independently manage small to mid-sized projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

3?4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.


Strong proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop

.

Hands-on experience with RIVE

for interactive and real-time animations (must-have).


Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, transitions, and motion design fundamentals.


Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as

Runway ML, Google VO3, Pika

, or equivalent platforms.


Good design sense, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of work.


Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.

Good to Have

Agency or digital-first brand experience.


Experience creating motion assets for web, mobile, or performance-driven campaigns.


A strong showreel highlighting motion design, animation, and storytelling.
