We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphic Artist with 1-4 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. This role involves creating high-quality animations, visual assets, and design elements for various digital media projects. The ideal candidate will possess both creative and technical expertise to transform ideas into engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

Create storyboards, character designs, backgrounds, and other animation assets to support visual storytelling. Animate characters and other elements in alignment with project requirements and artistic direction. Sync audio with visuals, ensuring that design style remains consistent throughout the project. Deliver projects on time, meeting both the required quality standards and client expectations. Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Developers, and the QC team to ensure cohesive project execution. Understand the content of the projects and convert it into compelling visual outputs. Provide design tool and animation technique support to team members when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Strong ability to create layouts, icons, backgrounds, and animated elements. Solid understanding of design and animation principles. Excellent visualization skills with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills to engage in team discussions and provide daily updates. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and client requirements.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Adobe XD or Adobe Animate. Knowledge of traditional cell animation techniques.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields. A degree in Graphic Design is an added advantage.
