We are expanding our digital storytelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok with thought-provoking short videos. With innovation at our core, we seek a talented Motion Graphic Designer to bring our digital content to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Creative Production:

Craft dynamic motion graphics and animations for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels. Conceptualize and execute storyboards and animations that align with project goals.

Collaborative Design:

Team up with content creators and strategists to ensure motion graphics integrate seamlessly with the broader content vision. Use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to deliver compelling visual narratives.

Brand Storytelling:

Design and animate assets like text, graphics, and icons to support brand consistency and enhance storytelling. Apply sound design and music to elevate the impact of visual content.

Innovative Approach:

Stay abreast of emerging trends and techniques in motion graphics to continually refine and innovate our content offerings. Juggle multiple projects, balancing high-quality output with deadline commitments.

Creative Input:

Contribute innovative ideas during creative development sessions and project meetings.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

A degree in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a relevant field, or an equivalent portfolio of work that demonstrates your capabilities.

Professional Experience:

A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and animation, particularly for digital and social media platforms. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling is desirable (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya). Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, and composition.

Communication & Storytelling:

Exceptional ability to communicate ideas visually and narratively. Meticulous attention to aesthetic quality and detail.

Adaptability:

Versatile in managing diverse projects and adapting to feedback and evolving project scopes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with video editing, motion tracking, and post-production. Knowledge in 3D rendering and compositing. Experience with mobile and social media-optimized graphics.

Please Note:

As innovators at heart, we foster a culture where creativity meets technology. This full-time remote position requires alignment with the UK Time Zone (9am to 6pm).

Salary & Benefits:

A monthly basic salary of 40000 INR (equivalent to $450 USD). Potential for stock options after a qualifying period, valued at up to $100 USD. Performance-related bonuses ranging from $50 to $200 USD following the probationary period.
