We're looking for a seasoned Motion Graphic Designer who blends creativity with technical mastery to create content that moves audiences -- literally.

What You'll Do

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll transform concepts into dynamic motion graphics, video content, and animations. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver videos and visuals that elevate brand presence and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling 2D/3D animations for marketing campaigns, reels, social ads, and explainers
Edit and produce video content with smooth transitions, sound effects, and graphics
Collaborate with creative teams to visualize and execute high-quality deliverables
Develop motion templates and branded video assets for recurring use
Stay on top of industry trends and new creative tools, including AI video generation
Ensure consistency and excellence in design quality and brand alignment
Participate in brainstorming, storyboarding, and production pipeline planning
You Should Have

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion design or video editing
Strong portfolio with examples of animated content, social ads, and storytelling
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Familiarity with AI animation/video tools like Runway ML, Kaiber, or equivalents (bonus)
Knowledge of color grading, typography, and design composition
Strong sense of timing, easing, pacing, and visual rhythm
Experience in digital content for YouTube, Instagram, and web platforms
Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across departments
Nice to Have

Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation experience
Experience with UI motion or micro-interactions
Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused content
Exposure to Figma, Canva, or animation plugin tools
