Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for videos, ads, and social media.
Create visually compelling static designs for digital and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual assets.
Edit and enhance existing videos with text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation styles, and emerging tools.
Required Skills & Tools
Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects
(motion graphics, animation, compositing)
Adobe Illustrator
(vector design, illustrations, branding)
Adobe Photoshop
(image editing, creative compositions)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to conceptualize storyboards and visual narratives.
Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in motion graphics and visual design (agency experience preferred).
Knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is a plus.
Experience creating social media creatives, product explainers, or brand videos is a bonus.
