Ready to turn finance into story-driven motion that converts? Integrated Enterprises is hiring a mid-to-senior Motion Graphic Designer who blends classic motion-design craft with modern generative-AI tooling to produce high-impact social, product, and campaign videos for financial products (SIPs, NRI, demat, insurance, GIP, STRI, etc.).

Role summary

You'll lead the creation of short-form video, explainer animations, in-app motion, and marketing campaigns -- using both hand-crafted animation and AI-assisted pipelines -- to increase engagement, explain complex financial products simply, and support acquisition & brand growth.

What you'll do -- responsibilities

- Concept, storyboard and produce motion assets: explainer videos, product UI animations, social reels/shorts, banner animations, and campaign films.

- Own end-to-end motion execution: design ? animation ? edit ? sound ? final deliverable for platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shorts, in-app).

- Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator/Photoshop, and 2D/3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent) to craft polished work.

- Integrate AI tools into workflows for concept / asset generation and speedups (e.g., text-to-image/texture, style transfer, motion proxies, or automated editing pipelines). You'll be expected to evaluate and recommend tools that improve throughput without sacrificing brand quality.

- Collaborate closely with Content, Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to A/B test creative, optimize for CTR/CVR, and iterate on top-performing concepts.

- Maintain brand guidelines, accessibility (readable captions, color contrast), and compliance for regulated finance communications.

Experience & must-have skills

- 3-6 years motion design / animation experience (agency or in-house), with a strong reel/showreel demonstrating social and explainer work.

- Expert in Adobe After Effects + Premiere Pro; strong in Photoshop / Illustrator. Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent for 3D work.

- Practical experience using at least one generative AI tool or workflow (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion / Midjourney, Pika/Runway text-to-video experiments, or Prompt engineering for image/video assets).

- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, pacing, and audio design.

- Experience exporting motion for web / mobile: Lottie/Rive exports or optimized MP4/WebM for social.

- Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles, testing creatives against performance KPIs (CTR, view-through, CVR).

- Good communication: able to translate marketing briefs to visual concepts and present results to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
