Job Summary -

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Redfox Cyber Security, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of motion graphics and visual content specifically geared for digital-first audiences. During this full-time role, you will:

Collaborate with our dynamic design team to develop eye-catching motion graphics and static graphics for social media, paid digital ads, academy videos and print collaterals. Create engaging animations and visual effects for video assets and ad creatives. Produce and format visuals to ad-specs (different aspect ratios, codecs, file sizes) for paid campaigns and organic social. Design print-ready artwork and supply appropriate files for offline marketing collaterals. Regularly edit videos and podcasts - assemble footage, edit audio, add motion graphics and deliver final masters. Work with industry-standard tools such as

Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

. Handle post-production tasks including color grading, audio cleanup/mixing, final mastering, quality control and preparing broadcast/paid-ad ready deliverables. Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced design professionals and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements -

Minimum

2 years

of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and graphic design. Currently residing in

Mumbai, India

. Able to communicate effectively in

English

for everyday tasks and interactions. Strong proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

. Ability to prepare print-ready files. Experience editing podcasts and videos - basic audio cleanup, sequencing and final mix. A creative mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

Basic camera operation and handling (DSLR or similar). Knowledge of Figma/Sketch for collaboration with UI/graphic designers.
