Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

- Qualification: Animation/Design related Degree from a design school

- Type of Role: On site (Work from office only)

- Experience: 1 to 3 years

- Mode of work: Full Time

- Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

- Shift: Day shift (10.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST) Alternate Saturdays are working

Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics that resonate across platforms. You'll handle design briefs, deliver on deadlines, and refine work based on feedback. The role also offers opportunities for client interactions, pitching, and creative brainstorming to support your professional growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Minimum one to two years of work experience in motion graphics and video editing, preferably within an agency or digital-first setting.

- Strong portfolio evidencing proficiency in motion design, static design, and AI-assisted creations.

- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with InDesign is advantageous.

- Solid grounding in visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and color grading.

- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.

- Familiarity with YouTube best practices, current social media trends, and format-specific content requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce motion graphics, 2D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects to enhance narrative quality.

- Edit and assemble raw video footage to deliver polished and engaging content tailored for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and presentations.

- Reformat long-form content into short-form deliverables, including reels, shorts, trailers, and thumbnails.

- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and determine design direction.

- Integrate AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and enhance creative outcomes.

- Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative styles, techniques, and design trends.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices in video editing, design, and AI-driven content creation.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines while upholding high standards of quality.
