Role Overview:

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you'll work closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to design and animate engaging video content for social media, brand campaigns, performance ads, and storytelling pieces.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing motion graphics, animated posts, reels, explainers, and visual transitions Design assets for video--typography, transitions, lower thirds, and product animations Collaborate with the content and strategy team to understand creative direction Translate static designs into compelling animated visuals Edit basic video footage and integrate motion design elements Manage timelines and deliver content on tight deadlines Stay updated with social media formats, trends, and animation best practices

Requirements:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in motion design or animation Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Experience with Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, and ad formats is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A portfolio showcasing your work in motion graphics or related content
