Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Motion Graphic Designer Intern to bring ideas to life through compelling animation and motion visuals. This role goes beyond static graphics--you'll be crafting movement-driven content that elevates our brand presence and client communications.

This is an internship with stipend and is ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to build experience in digital animation, content creation, and marketing visuals in a dynamic agency setting. There might be options to continue as a full time role.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation: Animate visual assets for Instagram Reels, stories, and LinkedIn posts that align with ongoing campaigns.

Instagram Reels: Create visually captivating motion graphics, transitions, and effects for short-form video content.

Email Marketing Content: Design and animate headers, GIFs, and micro-animations to enhance email engagement.

SEO Blog Content: Produce custom animations, video infographics, and simple explainer visuals to accompany blog content.

Brand Animation: Contribute to animated logo sequences, visual branding elements, or brand intro/outros for digital platforms.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing leads to develop cohesive animated campaigns.

Maintain consistent style, typography, and brand integrity across all motion content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communication.

Proficient in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or equivalent.

Basic graphic design knowledge and experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Understanding of visual storytelling, animation timing, and audio sync.

Portfolio showcasing motion design work (university projects, personal work, or freelance).

Familiarity with digital platforms and content formats (especially Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and able to receive and apply feedback effectively.

Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing visuals, or social video trends is a plus.
