What You'll Do

Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms Interpret creative briefs and transform them into impactful visual narratives Collaborate with our creative team to craft compelling brand stories through motion and design Use tools from the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) to bring concepts to life Integrate AI tools (like Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, or other prompt-based platforms) into your workflow for efficiency and innovation Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and AI developments Handle multiple projects simultaneously, respond to feedback quickly, and maintain high quality standards

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience,

or

an impressive portfolio that showcases your skills (self-taught and fresh talent welcome!) Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Ability to understand and execute creative briefs effectively Experience or enthusiasm for AI-based creative tools and prompt-driven workflows Excellent sense of timing, motion, composition, and storytelling Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * A curious, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a drive to grow and experiment
