About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled

Motion Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching and impactful motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, social media, ads, presentations, and video content. You should be proficient in animation software, have a keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, reels, ads, presentations, and other digital content. Collaborate with video editors, creative teams, and content strategists to develop visual concepts. Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough concepts into engaging visual assets. Create 2D animations, text animations, transitions, lower-thirds, infographics, etc. Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools. Work within brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw; knowledge of Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in video editing and sound syncing. Knowledge of social media video formats and requirements. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
