Motion Graphic Designer

who can elevate our visual communication and storytelling across all digital channels.

Role Overview

As a

Motion Graphic Designer at RKC Eduhub

, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and animations for YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, Reels/Shorts, and video content. You will collaborate closely with our content production and marketing teams to create engaging, high-performing visuals that support our brand's mission.

Key Responsibilities

Design

high-conversion YouTube thumbnails

that attract clicks and reflect our educational brand. Create

motion graphics & animated elements

for Reels, Shorts, explainer videos, and other social platforms. Edit videos for YouTube and social channels including trimming, transitions, sound sync, captions, and effects. Design static/animated

social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives

. Develop storyboards and contribute to creative visual concepts. Ensure content is optimized for all platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, compression, etc.). Maintain organized project files and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Stay updated with the latest animation and social media design trends.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong command of

Adobe After Effects

and

Adobe Premiere Pro

. Proficiency in

Photoshop & Illustrator

for thumbnail and graphics design. Good understanding of animation principles: timing, easing, composition. Experience in social content design for

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn

, etc. Knowledge of video formats, rendering, and optimization. Bonus (not mandatory): experience with

Blender / Cinema 4D / 3D animation

.

Soft Skills

Creative visual thinking and strong storytelling ability. Excellent attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic. Good communication and collaboration skills. Time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines. Problem-solving and ability to adapt to feedback quickly.

Experience

[Recommended]

1-3+ years

of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or similar role. A strong

portfolio or showreel

with examples of thumbnails, motion graphics, and edited videos.

Education

Degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
