Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Motion Graphic Designer

who can bring ideas to life through engaging motion visuals, animations, and dynamic ad creatives. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital agency environment, strong visual storytelling abilities, an understanding of platform-specific creative trends, and the ability to produce high-quality animated assets for ads, social media, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging

motion graphics, animations, and video-based creatives

for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), websites, and social media platforms. Collaborate with the paid media and social teams to produce creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Convert static concepts into dynamic motion visuals that enhance user engagement and performance. Research trends, competitor styles, and platform-specific design formats to develop fresh, impactful motion concepts. Ensure brand consistency across all animated and static deliverables. Edit and enhance videos (motion transitions, effects, typography animation, trimming, resizing). Design supporting graphics for websites, landing pages, and social assets when needed. Maintain high-quality output while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience

as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong proficiency in tools such as

Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

, and familiarity with

Canva or CapCut

for quick edits. Solid understanding of

motion design principles

, typography, timing, transitions, and animation. Experience creating motion graphics for

social media, digital ads, and web formats

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Strong creative thinking, visual research skills, and attention to detail.

Bonus:

Knowledge of

Figma, 3D tools (Blender/Cinema4D), or advanced animation techniques

is a plus.
