About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

Motion Graphic Designer

with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in creating engaging animations, videos, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work across various platforms including digital marketing, social media, web, and product videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand identity. Transform scripts and storyboards into compelling motion designs. Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets. Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and software developments. Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. 5-6 years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques; experience with tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. Strong visual storytelling and typography skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Good understanding of sound design and audio syncing.

Preferred:

Experience in creating animated UI mockups, app/product walkthroughs, or interactive videos. Familiarity with video compression formats and optimizing for different platforms (web, mobile, social). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or video scripting tools is a bonus.
