If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our online presence.Role and Responsibilities:Core responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, marketing managers and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging animated video content and social media creatives.- Utilize industry-standard Motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.- Experience creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and using graphic design skills to enhance the design of PowerPoint decks.- Experience in creating Blogs, Digital Newsletters, Software's, Apps, etc.- Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.- Banner and animations for our display campaigns/social media posts.- Reports, documents, and presentation decks, proposals, etc.- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.- Hands on experience with designing PowerPoint presentation including charting, creating/importing graphics, animation and template creation for client casework and non-client related project.Qualification and requirements:- Any Graduate in Any Specialization with minimum of 3 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse web team for a product-driven business.- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design.- Proven experience and expertise in graphic design, social media, email and online marketing.- Expertise in PPT preparation particularly high-end presentation design.- Working Knowledge of Photoshop/Adobe illustrator is desirable.- InDesign would be an added advantage.- Design Thinking - Should possess a good eye for layout and design, attention to detail, ability to take direction well, have a positive attitude.- End user centric - Should be able to think like the end user or consumer while preparing presentations.- Creativity - Must be able to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through text, images and the layout. Should be able to use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.- Task Management - Basic level of project management knowledge and experience.
