Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer (2-3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print: social media, websites, brochures, presentations, packaging, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. Work closely with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Revise and improve designs based on feedback and brand goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently.

Motion Graphics & Animation:

Design and deliver engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe Creative Suite (Final Cut Pro (FCP), After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign ). Produce storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize motion concepts before execution. Create and animate visual elements, transitions, and effects aligned with campaign objectives. Adapt motion content for multiple formats including social media, web, video, and presentations.

AI-Powered Creativity:

Leverage AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and other generative AI platforms to enhance workflow and creativity. Stay ahead of trends in motion design, AI-assisted tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in graphic and motion design (agency or in-house). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -- especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, etc.) is a strong plus. Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design projects. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to transform abstract ideas into creative visuals and animations. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). Experience with sound design or audio syncing. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or UI/UX principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
