Requirements:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Motion Graphic Artist with 5+ years of professional experience to join our design and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, visually compelling motion graphics and video assets that bring storytelling to life across digital platforms. If you're a visual storyteller with a strong command of animation, graphic design, and post-production tools, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate is passionate about design and motion, understands visual communication deeply, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, brand videos, social media, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and animated infographics.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into polished video content and animations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and content teams to produce high-quality video assets for websites, ads, product launches, and social platforms.
• Edit raw video footage and enhance it with graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and voiceovers to ensure professional production quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools to ensure content remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high production standards.
• Optimize motion graphic assets for performance across different platforms including web, mobile, and social media.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and consistent naming conventions.

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production roles.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with storyboards, style frames, and animatics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for motion design.

• Experience with UI animation or micro-interactions.
• Exposure to video scripting or creative direction.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Experience working in agencies, product companies, or creative studios.
