Roles & Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital, social media, TVCs, and online advertising campaigns. Conceptualize and execute motion ideas based on creative briefs and client requirements. Collaborate with the creative team (art directors, designers, copywriters) to develop visually engaging campaign concepts. Animate characters, typography, icons, logos, and other elements to create dynamic visuals. Edit and enhance videos, including sound syncing, color correction, transitions, and visual effects. Prepare and deliver final animation files in various formats optimized for social media, web, and broadcast. Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets and adhere to client guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and present motion concepts or storyboards for feedback. Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, and software tools. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Requirement CriteriaQualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer/Animator, ideally in an advertising or creative agency. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, video editing, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D software is a plus. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, composition, and visual effects. Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and optimization for digital and social media platforms. Ability to convert creative concepts into compelling motion visuals. Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and constructive feedback. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and innovative motion design solutions.
