We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can create high-retention video ads using new age AI content workflows. This role blends visual storytelling, brand consistency, and performance-driven thinking -- crafted for Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube Shorts and beyond.

As we grow into international markets, we're looking for a full-time Motion Designer/ Video Editor who can bring performance-driven creative energy to our in-house team. Key Responsibilities:

? Design and edit high-converting Meta ads (static + GIFs + short-form motion) for performance campaigns

? Collaborate with the creative strategist and media buyers to translate briefs into retention-first ads

? Use all the AI tools to smooth and accelerate the workflow

? Stay ahead of performance creative trends, Meta/TikTok/YouTube updates, and mobile-first ad formats

? Maintain visual consistency and brand tone across campaigns, assets, and regions ? Deliver assets quickly, with a balance of speed and polish

Requirements

:

? 3+ years in performance ad-design (preferred)

? Portfolio of video ads that showcase ROI-focused creative

? Mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and all AI tools that are necessary in new age Content creation

? Excellent sense of typography, layout, movement, rhythm, and storytelling

? Ability to turn complex product benefits into crisp, visual narratives

? Strong attention to detail, self-management, and the ability to hit tight deadlines

? Bonus: -Experience in finance, trading, or global campaigns -Fluent in internet culture, cultural references, and global creative shifts.
